A light guided walk in nature; the walk is designed to be slow, and accessible to all, the walk takes in nature through the art of 'forest bathing'.

The Forest Bathing experience is the practice of immersing yourself in nature in a mindful way, using your senses to derive a whole range of benefits for your physical, mental, emotional and social health. It is also known as Shinrin-yoku. 'Shinrin' means forest and 'Yoku' means bathing.

We meet at Henllys local nature reserve car park at 11am and leave around 11.15 for approximately a 2 hour walk, plus socialising and chat afterwards.

We request that attendees wear suitable clothing for being outside in the weather and footwear for walking where it may be muddy.
