The Manor offers a unique blend of heritage charm and gentle comfort, perfect for rest, reflection, and reconnection. Bedrooms Attic Floor – Sleeps 10 • The Boys’ Room: 3 single beds • The Nanny's Room: 2 single beds • The Nursery Room: 5 single beds First Floor – Sleeps 9 • The Great Chamber: 1 double bed & 1 double sofa bed • The Middle Chamber: 2 single beds • Florence's Room: 1 double bed & 1 single bed Please note: The attic is accessible via stairs only (with handrail). All other rooms are accessible by lift. Museum & Heritage Areas Explore our on-site museum featuring interpretation boards and artefacts that tell the story of Llanyrafon’s rich past—from the medieval era to the 1940s. The 3-Acre Grounds Our tranquil gardens offer a variety of peaceful spaces to sit, wander, or simply be: • Seating for 60+ on our south-facing terrace (April-Sept) with wooden tables, parasols, bistro sets, benches, and an elegant arbour • Fruit orchard featuring 13 apple trees, 3 pear, 2 damson, and 1 apricot tree • A calming water fountain, supporting both serenity and local wildlife • The Green Man Tree – a sacred symbol of nature watching over the grounds Carpark Space for 20 vehicles including disabled spaces The Secret Garden A truly magical outdoor sanctuary: • Rustic wooden seating and fire pit for 20+ people • Meditation space and natural rain shelter with comfy seating • Wishing Tree – tie your prayers or intentions to its branches • Fairy Grove & Elemental Corner – tiny doors, whimsical mushrooms, and nature art • Sound Garden – wind chimes and sound healing energy • Moon Garden – filled with silver-leafed plants that glow under moonlight, perfect for full moon rituals Nature Reserve & Wildlife Discover our peaceful nature reserve, home to rare and wondrous species: • Bat Cottage – Home to three species of endangered bats. Bat-watching devices and information packs are available for hire. • The Leat – Habitat for endangered crayfish, frogs, toads, and seasonal visits from mallard ducks • Birdlife – Including kingfishers, sand martins, owls, and birds of prey • Otters – Living onsite with an interactive information board to learn more about these beautiful creatures • Butterflies, Insects, & Wild Flora – Enjoy a variety of butterflies, bees, herbs, wildflowers, and some ancient trees with deep-rooted stories £259 per person full payment Or £60 per person deposit option Remaining balance due by 1st November 2025.
