Commitment: Matchdays (Weekends/Evenings), typically 4 hours per game.

We're looking for reliable, friendly, and observant volunteers to join our matchday operations team. As a steward, you are the public face of the club - often the first point of contact for fans - and vital to ensuring every visitor has a safe, welcoming, and memorable experience.

What You’ll Be Doing:
- Crowd Management: Assist with spectator movement at entry and exit points.
- Fan Support: Provide directions, facility information, and a warm welcome to home and visiting supporters.
- Safety Monitoring: Identify and report potential hazards and ensure ground regulations are followed.
- Incident Response: Assist emergency services if required and respond to incidents calmly and professionally.
What We’re Looking For:
- Communication Skills: Ability to engage with groups of people in a polite and helpful manner.
- Reliability: Availability for most home matches.
- Calm Under Pressure: Confidence to handle pressure situations and remain observant.
- Minimum Age: Applicants must be 18 years or older.
- Note: No prior experience is required. Training will be provided.
