We are running a free CAP Life Skills course starting Monday 15th September, 12pm at the Lighthouse, George Street, Pontypool, NP4 6BZ.

The course runs over 6 sessions and is designed to help you:

  • Create a budget & manage your money well
  • See your money go further
  • Stay on top of bills and look to your future goals
  • Gain self-confidence
  • Improve your relationships
