This workshop aims to enhance your proficiency in utilising digital tools and navigating the Connect Torfaen platform. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to attain accreditation and receive a certificate in Digital Literacy.
Upon finishing the course, you will have the opportunity to join our IT equipment loan program. Based on an assessment of your needs, may qualify to receive a tablet and/or laptop for use within the organization.
The tablet will be accessible within your Opening Doors hubs, providing a convenient point for the public to learn about services, activities, and events through Connect Torfaen. It will also serve as a valuable tool for staff and volunteers to assist the community by offering clear guidance and support.
