Role Purpose
As an Administrator for Woodlands Field, you will be the first point of contact for members of the public, helping to ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the site. Your role is vital in providing a friendly, efficient, and organised service by managing enquiries, bookings, and communications. You will support the wider team by keeping accurate records and ensuring visitors and users of Woodlands Field receive timely and helpful information.
Key Responsibilities
• Answering phone calls and responding to enquiries in a professional and welcoming manner.
• Managing and responding to emails, ensuring messages are dealt with promptly and accurately.
• Making and managing bookings for activities, events, or facility use.
• Maintaining booking calendars and records to ensure information is up to date.
• Providing information to the public about Woodlands Field, including availability,
• events, and services.
• Supporting the team with general administrative tasks as required.
• Ensuring confidentiality and data protection are maintained at all times.
